Hospitality FAQs
Where are the hospitality seats located in the stadium?
All hospitality seats are located in the upper area of the Itchen Stand.
What entrance do I use to access my suite?
To ensure a smooth entrance to your hospitality experience, please use the correct entrance to access your suite. This is written on your matchday ticket letter and is listed below:
Executive Boxes 1-30: Main Reception
Executive Boxes 31-47: Guest Entrance
Markus Liebherr Lounge: Main Reception
Terry Paine Suite: Main Reception
Matthew Le Tissier Suite: Guest Entrance
Club Lounge (Mike Channon Suite): Guest Entrance
What time do suites open before a match?
Hospitality suites and Executive Boxes open from two-and-a-half hours prior to kick-off, with the Club Lounge opening two hours prior to kick off. All hospitality bars close approximately one hour after the final whistle with hospitality areas closing 20 minutes after this.
Is there parking available at St. Mary’s?
There is limited corporate car parking available in the North Car Park at St. Mary’s. This is available to purchase on a first come first served basis via the Matchday Hospitality department.
What is the dress code?
In most hospitality areas at St. Mary’s we operate a smart casual dress code.
Jeans, trainers, tracksuits and football shirts are not permitted; wearing such items will result in refusal of entry.
The only area that our dress code differs is the Club Lounge where smart, dark jeans are acceptable. Trainers, tracksuits and football shirts are not permitted.
May I bring guests who support away teams?
Your hospitality facility and match seats are in a Southampton home area. Please ensure guests refrain from wearing away club colours including scarves or badges. If your guests on a matchday favour or support the opposing team and draw attention to themselves they will be liable to be refused entry to the stadium or ejected without compensation.
