Forster, who made his comeback in the 2-0 win against Watford back in January, is now just over 30 minutes away from setting a new club record for length of time without conceding a goal.
The stopper could surpass Paul Jones’s record of 666 minutes without conceding when the Blues visit on Saturday and unsurprisingly he’s thrilled with his form since returning from injury.
“I’m obviously delighted with how it has gone. The team has been really strong in the games that I’ve played,” Forster explained when talking to SAINTS.
“We’re on a good run and have picked up a lot of points. Personally I’ve been pretty happy with it.
“I went back in the team sooner than I thought I was going to, but it’s been really nice because we’ve picked up results.
“The lads have done well and helped me out so much in terms of limiting what I’ve had to do in a lot of the games.”
