The Saints duo are in Stuart Pearce’s 23-man party for this summer’s finals, which take place in Israel from 5th June to 18th June.
Clyne and Shaw will join up with the Young Lions on Monday 27th May as the squad departs for a seven-day training camp in the Turkish city of Antalya.
From there, they will relocate to Israel ahead of the eight-team Euro 2013 finals beginning on Wednesday 5th June.
Right-back Clyne currently has six under-21 caps to his name, having been a regular inclusion in Pearce’s squads since making his debut in November 2011.
Having joined from Crystal Palace last summer, the 22-year-old has enjoyed a successful first season with Southampton, making 33 appearances and making the right-back spot his own.
17-year-old Shaw is in his maiden season as a first-team player at St Mary’s, having made his league debut for Saints last November.
However, the left-back is yet to make his first appearance for England’s Under-21s, despite twice being named in Pearce’s squads since the turn of the year.
Shaw was called up for recent friendlies against Sweden, Romania and Austria but subsequently pulled out through injury.
However, he is now fully fit having started Saints’ last two games, making his 27th appearance of the season in last weekend’s draw at Sunderland.
England have been drawn in Group A, along with hosts Israel plus Norway and Italy. The Young Lions’ group schedule is as follows:
