Booking Disabled Fans Tickets

Over the last few weeks, the ticket office has become increasingly busier and this has had an impact on some service levels

We are aware that the designated disabled supporter booking line hasn't been working as well as it has in the past, and we have therefore arranged for ALL bookings to now be available via our booking line on 0800 2800 050. This will hopefully ensure that our disabled supporters receive the same level of service as all our supporters. This change is ready with immediate effect.

DISABLED FACILITIES AT ST MARY'S FOR HOME SUPPORTERS

59 Upper tier wheelchair spaces (sold on a match by match basis).

117 Lower tier wheelchair spaces.

88 Seats for ambulant disabled.

115 Seats for visually impaired (radios and headsets are provided for full match commentary by hospital radio broadcasting).

A number of adapted toilets and refreshment areas in concourse areas providing low level counters.

AWAY SUPPORTERS

Each visiting club receives an allocation of tickets or their supporters.

9 Upper tier wheelchair/enabler places, 14 lower tier wheelchair/enabler places,6 seats for ambulant disables and 14 seats for the visually impaired, all situated in the Northam Stand.

SEASON TICKETS

Any enquiries regarding season tickets should be made to the disabled co-ordinator on 023 8072 7777.

REFRESHMENT FACILITIES

Supporters on raised disabled decks will be able to place orders for half-time refreshments with the club steward present.

Free match day enabler on hand if required.

MEMBERSHIP FOR SEASON 2009/10

Due to increasing demand, priority on purchasing tickets in the disabled enclosure during the 2008-09 season will be given to members and season ticket holders before going on general sale.

Anybody wishing to become a member should contact the disabled co-ordinator on 023 8072 7777.

DISABLED CAR PARKING FOR SEASON

Disabled car parking is limited at St. Mary's with priority being given to season ticket holders.

A disabled badge "drop off and pick up area" is available. This is situated very close to the stadium in the central trading estate in Melbourne Street.Access is via Chapel Road and Granville Street to the south of the stadium. It should be noted that this facility is only available for vehicles displaying a disabled badge and is strictly for set down purposes up to 2 hours prior to the match and again for pick up purposes for up to 1 hour after the final whistle. Any vehicles parking in this area are likely to be towed away.
