More pre-season plans unveiled

Saints have lined-up a four more away fixtures against local opposition as this summer's pre-season schedule takes further shape.
Ahead of the home game against Ajax on Saturday 18th July, Saints will take on Eastleigh, AFC Totton, AFC Bournemouth and Cheltenham Town inside the first two weeks of July.
• Eastleigh (A) Saturday 4th July 2009 at 3pm
• AFC Totton (A) Tuesday 7th July 2009 at 7.45pm
• AFC Bournemouth (A) Saturday 11th July 2009 at 3pm
• Cheltenham Town (A) Tuesday 14th July 2009 at 7.45pm
• Ajax (H) Saturday 18th July 2009 3pm
The opening match sees Saints make the short trip over to the Silverlake Stadium, where Eastleigh narrowly missed out on promotion to the Blue Square Premier last season after losing unexpectedly in the play-off second leg.
Managed by former Saint Ian Baird, the Spitfires are a regular opponent in the pre-season schedule and this season's encounter will take place on Saturday 4th July with a 3pm kick off.
They will then pit themselves against Southern League Division One (South & West) side AFC Totton on Tuesday 7th July, who also went close to winning promotion themselves in a sucessful season at Testwood Park.
On the following Saturday, the Fitness First Stadium will host a clash between Saints and League Two side AFC Bournemouth. The Cherries maintained their league status despite a massive 17 point deduction handed out to them at the start of the last campaign.
The youngest manager in the Football League, Eddie Howe rightly earned many plaudits for steering his side away from trouble last term. Bournemouth vs Saints is also a 3pm kick off on Saturday 11th July.
In-between the trip to Bournemouth and the following weekend's game against Dutch giants Ajax, Saints will visit Cheltenham Town who were relegated from League One last season.
Managed by former Brentford boss Martin Allen, the Gloucestershire outfit will host Saints on Tuesday 14th July with a 7.45pm kick off at Whaddon Road.
