The young Frenchman captained the Under-20's side to a 2-0 win over Turkey on Thursday in Group B and now prepares to face a Maltese side that were defeated 5-0 by the Turks last week at the Teramo Municipal Stadium.

Another win would guarantee progression in the competition and Schneiderlin will be hoping to lead les Bleus into the last eight this evening.
