Bristol Rovers Saints

Alan Pardew is forced to make two changes to his matchday squad with Jacob Mellis and Neal Trotman cup-tied.

Reading loanee Michail Antonio is, however, available and could earn his second start in Saints colours for the game at the Memorial Stadium.

The Saints boss is anticipating the tie and says that anything is possible in the competition, as previous clubs have shown.

"Millwall for instance got to the final with a team which with all due respect, wasn't a brilliant side, but they got there and had a fantastic run.

"Of course, there are the financial rewards and the prestige too. A lot of players got a good living off the back of that one cup run in particular, so it's brilliant and it's important.

"It's great for the fans, they love these games because they are open, and they have a fear factor of what you are playing for, which is a win.

"It's you against eleven men and the best team comes out winning."
