Dan Seaborne insists there will be no let up as Saints prepare to face Yeovil this weekend.

The 23 year-old central defender is determined to keep his place in the side having recently regained it, and also wants to maintain the team's climb up the table, which has been boosted by three consecutive victories.

"We've approached every game well," he affirmed. "It's do or die now and if we win every game, we give ourselves a chance of being in the play-offs so the preparation is no different - we go out to win every game.

"The lads are obviously buzzing at the moment, but the mood has been good right the way through really. Beating Charlton and then getting the result against Bristol the other night was important so the lads are on a real high."

Saturday's trip to Huish Park will re-unite the Devonian with one or two familiar faces, but the defender says there will be no room for sentiment on the pitch against the Glovers, who have competed well against the top sides in the division.

"They've been on a good run so they'll have a lot of confidence going into the game as will we so it should make for a good game.

"I know a few of the players there so it will be good to see them. One of my really good friends at Exeter did their YTS with Craig Alcock (Yeovil's right back) and he's the same age as me so I know him quite well.

"Hopefully we can get the three points though to keep pushing on to where we want to be."

Being one of the younger centre-backs in the first team hasn't put Seaborne off from competing with some of his more experienced team-mates, who he says will now have to work hard to remove him from a side which has conceded only twice in three games.

"I'm pleased to be playing after missing out through being cup-tied which gave other players a chance, then I had a little injury which held me back a bit more so Radhi came in and did really well and I can't take anything away from him on that because we got some good results. However, make no bones about it I want to play in every game so I'm happy to be in at the moment.

Chris Perry and Radhi have played at the top level, so everything they say, you've got to take in and learn from they always say things to me and then just watching them in training you pick things up.

"I'm sure I'll be learning until the end of my career because I like to take something away from every day, training session and game, I don't think age comes into it really, that seems to have gone in football, if you're good enough to play you do and I think that I am and obviously I want to play."
