Saints will kick off the new League One season at St. Mary's on Saturday 7th August 2010 against Plymouth Argyle.
The opening day game against the Pilgrims precedes the first round Carling Cup match also at St. Mary's just a few days later, when AFC Bournemouth come to town.
The first away trip of the campaign sees the team travel to happy hunting ground, Stadium:mk where Saints recorded two of their four wins over the Dons last year.
A home game against Leyton Orient and a trip to Bristol Rovers sandwich a possible second round Carling Cup tie before the end of August.
A Boxing Day trip to South East London to face Charlton Athletic headlines a busy Christmas/New Year period, with Saints scheduled to face Huddersfield Town at home two days later before hosting Exeter City on New Year's Day.
The team will also finish the season at home for the second year in a row, as Walsall arrive on the south coast keen to avenge last season's 5-1 defeat at St. Mary's.
