Formerly a one club man, Paul Wotton joined Saints ahead of the start of the 2008-09 season from Plymouth Argyle on a Bosman free transfer
Racking up over 400 appearances for the Pilgrims, Wotton's defensive skills and experience made him a key addition to the squad.
Originally a centre-back, Wotton has played a more defensive midfield role in recent seasons, captaining the Devon club to two promotions in the process.
He penned a three year deal in the summer of 2008 and has since gone on to record his 500th appearance as a professional. His leadership qualities and experience see him play a key role both on and off the pitch at St. Mary's.
