Basingstoke-born Lancashire has continued to go from strength to strength since he joined the Orchard Homes Saints Academy from Crystal Palace.
Now a professional, the strong centre-back not only captained the Under 18s side but has also made regular Reserve team appearances.
A steady defender, he is composed in possession, positions himself well and tries to play from the back.
At international level, last season saw Lancashire receive his first cap for England Under 19s and he has continued to be part of their plans.
He was set to be included on the bench at Leicester in December 2007 but picked up a hamstring injury in the Reserves three days earlier.
Signed a new two-year contract in January 2008, keeping him at the club until June 2010.
