Michail Antonio is a right winger who joined Reading from non-league Tooting & Mitcham at the end of October 2008.
The Royals paid an undisclosed fee to secure his services on a deal until summer 2010.
After scoring against Saints in a reserves fixture during September, he was invited to join Alan Pardew's side for a month's loan which was then extended until January 2010 and later amended again until the end of the 2009/10 season when the youngster will be out of contract at his parent Club.
