McNish was born in Oxford, but began his football career at Watford playing left midfield. Former Saints scout Malcolm Elias then brought Callum to the Saints Academy to play at Under 12's level and he has risen through the ranks ever since.
Callum is no stranger to Staplewood having featured regularly for the Under-18's and the Reserves last season.
He also made first team substitute appearances in 08/09 pre-season against Basingstoke and Winchester, and went on to be named as a substitute for the final Championship game of the season against Nottingham Forest.
