Callum is a central midfielder with an eye for goal but he began his career as a youngster at Watford playing on the left of midfield.
Former Saints scout Malcolm Elias then brought Oxford born Callum to the Saints Academy to play at Under 12's level and he has risen through the ranks ever since.
He made first team substitute appearances in 2008/09 pre-season against Basingstoke and Winchester, before being named on the bench for the final Championship game against Nottingham Forest.
In 2009/10 he made his breakthrough into the first team getting a 25 minute run out against Carlisle United in his favoured central position.
