Replacement Season Ticket cards may be issued at a cost of £25.00 which is non-refundable.
Season Ticket Holders who do not bring their Season Ticket card on a matchday will need to visit the Ticket Office where a duplicate match ticket may be issued at a cost of £5.00, which is non-refundable.
3.2 Lost/Damaged/Stolen Season Tickets
There will be no downgrades on Season Tickets for Matches.
Season Tickets include 19 FA Premier League matches defined as categories A, B and C.
3.1 Matches
SEASON TICKET INFORMATION
No U11 discounts apply in the premium seating sections of the stadium.
Adults cannot purchase Season Tickets in the family stand area without the purchase of a child ticket.
If unaccompanied by a paying adult, pricing will be categorised as junior U17. Therefore one adult with two under-11s will be categorised as one adult, one under-11 and one under-17.
U11 prices are only available when accompanied by a full-paying adult unless stated. One discounted U11 ticket will be issued per adult purchase.
Purchase two full-paying adult Season Tickets in the family stand and an under-11 can claim one free Season Ticket. Maximum of four adults and two U11s per transaction.
2.2 Family Stand

1.10 Complaints
- There is a £2.00 surcharge per ticket when bought on matchday.
This is to assist supporters with collections and enquiries for the match on that day.
On all home match days, ticket sales and collections for all other matches (excluding the match played on that day) will not be available from 1 hour before kick off.
1.9 Matchday Ticket Sales
For a student discount, customer must provide valid student ID at the time of purchase.
To qualify as a young adult you must be aged between 17 and 20 before 1st August 2012.
To qualify as a senior citizen you must be aged 65 or over on or before 1st August 2012.
Concessions include over-65s, students and young adults (aged 17-20). Proof of age must be supplied at time of purchase.
Supporters are reminded that adults cannot use concession match or Season Tickets to gain entry to the stadium.
1.8 Concessions
Southampton FC's responsibility for tickets end from the moment the tickets are posted. Southampton FC is not responsible for any failings in the postal system.
1.7 Posting of Tickets
The Hotline will be available for home games only.
Home and Away games will go on sale from the ticket office at 09:00.
On first day of sale, all home and away games will go on sale via the internet at 09:00.

- 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
1.2 Online Sales
Please note: the original card will be cancelled from the system immediately and will not allow entry to the stadium.
Proof of ID is essential and only the Season Ticket Holder can collect a replacement card.
3.3 Season Ticket Moves
It will only be possible to accommodate Seat Move requests in exceptional circumstances, to be decided by the Club.
In this instance, the Season Ticket Holder must apply in writing to the Ticket Office with supporting information.
3.4 Refunds
No refunds will be available on the purchase of Season Tickets unless under exceptional circumstances, to be decided by the Club.

Where possible, Season Ticket Holders will be given an exclusive period within which to purchase their usual seat for such home Cup games. Thereafter, any unsold seats will be released and made available for general sale.
3.6 General
There will be no downgrades on Season Tickets.
Season Tickets may be upgraded at the Ticket Office upon payment of the price difference.
