These terms and conditions shall govern how the Club issues you with, and your use of, match tickets and Season Tickets. If these conditions are not accepted, your Season Ticket/ Match Ticket (“Ticket”) should be returned to the Club immediately. The use of your Ticket will be deemed to constitute acceptance by the holder and any nominee of these conditions in full.
1. Season Tickets
1.1 The Season Ticket admits the holder named thereon (“the holder”) entry for 19 home Barclays Premier League Matches only played by the Club and is not refundable or transferable (and no rights arising out of or in connection with it are transferable or refundable) to any other person.
1.2 The Season Ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The Barclays Premier League and The Football League in respect of the Competitions, these Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Club’s Ground Regulations.
1.3 The use of the Season Ticket in any way/or the use of any part to enter the Ground constitutes acceptance by the holder of these conditions of Issue and of such rules and regulations referred to in paragraph 2 and the Ground Regulations. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the Ground any person who fails to comply with the same in respect of any Match.
1.4 Season Ticket Moves – In order to be eligible for a Season Ticket seat transfer you must renew your current seat. Only a limited number of seat transfers will be actioned in any one season. Transfer requests must be made in writing no later than Saturday 31 May 2014. You will be notified in writing if your transfer request has been unsuccessful. Successful Transfer requests will be contacted with the offer of a new seat during the week commencing 2 June 2014. No further Transfer requests will be actioned at any time during the course of the season. All transfers will be subject to a £10 administration fee for each seat transferred.
1.5 It will not be possible to accommodate further Season Ticket transfer requests during the season, except in exceptional circumstances. In these instances, the Season Ticket holder must apply in writing to the Ticket Office with supporting evidence.
1.6 Save only as set out in the Ground Regulations, no person may bring into the Ground or use within the Ground any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or any other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a Match or the Ground.
1.7 Mobile telephones are permitted within the Ground provided that they are used for personal and private use only and in any event purely for the purpose of transmission and/or reception of voice data only not being commentary upon the Match in progress.
1.8 The Seasoncard permits the holder to occupy the seat designated upon the Season Ticket or such other alternative seat of equal value to the said seat as the Club may allocate to the holder at its reasonable discretion, at Matches, on production of the Seasoncard at the appropriate entrance.
1.9 Venues, dates and kick-off times for Matches will be announced in the relevant press, on the Club’s official website and in the Club’s Matchday programme and may be altered at short notice. The Club shall have no liability of any nature to any person arising out of or in connection with the alteration of any such venue, date or kick-off time.
1.10 The Seasoncard will remain the property of the Club at all times and as such must be produced if requested by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to retain the Seasoncard at any time.
1.11 In the event of the Seasoncard being forgotten or lost in respect of any individual Match the Club shall not be obliged to issue any other form of ticket to the said Match. If, at the Club’s discretion, a matchday duplicate ticket is issued to the holder, a charge will be payable by the holder for the sum of £5.00 which is non-refundable.
1.12 If, in the Club’s opinion, a Seasoncard is entirely lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, a replacement Seasoncard shall be issued by the Club as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to a non-refundable replacement fee of £25.00. The old Seasoncard will be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium.
1.13 Direct Debits – Season Tickets can be purchased via a 10 month payment plan. The payment plan offered is 0% interest, admin fee applies, provided by V12 Finance. A £45.00 administration fee per Season Ticket application will be added to all instalment plans, and the cost added to the first monthly payment. To apply to finance your 2014/15 Season Ticket you can make an application online at www.saintsfc.co.uk Once you have made your application and signed the Contract and Direct Debit mandate using the online e-signature facility, if approved, your account will be activated by V12 Finance and your first payment will begin within 30 days. V12 Finance will post a letter out to you confirming the details of your new account. Credit is offered subject to status and only to UK residents aged 18 or over; conditions apply. Applying for your Season Ticket online via this method does not guarantee acceptance. The agreement is only finalised subject to acceptance from V12 Finance, and completion of the contract via the e-signature facility.
1.14 Any deliberate misuse of the Season Ticket and or Seasoncard, including any attempt of any nature which, in the Club’s reasonable opinion, constitutes an attempt to defraud the Club, will result in the holder being ejected from the Ground in respect of the Match at which the same occurs and the entire cancellation and withdrawal of the Season Ticket with no refund being payable to the holder in respect of any unexpired portion of the same. The Club further reserves its right to take legal action against any appropriate persons as it sees fit in connection with such matters.
1.15 Should any Season Ticket, when applied for, not arrive in the post after purchase, the holder of the same will be required to sign a form of the nature stipulated by the Club stating this and undertaking immediately to return the original Seasoncard to the Club should it come into the holder’s possession at any time before or after a duplicate can or has been issued. The original Seasoncad will become null and void. There will be no charge for the issue of a duplicate Seasoncard in this instance.
1.16 Season Tickets are for the use of home supporters only. By applying for a Season Ticket you hereby warrant and represent to the Club that you are a home supporter of the Club.
1.17 If any holder changes their address during the season that holder is responsible for updating their personal data using their online account.
1.18 Any holder who is a member of or holds any membership in respect or participates in any programme scheme or other relationship with the Club (“membership”), which may be currently in place or may be in place in the future, shall fulfil the terms of such membership in their entirety and any failure to do so shall be deemed a breach of these conditions of Issue.
1.19 Further and without prejudice to any other rights it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious breach or persistent breach of these Conditions of Issue and/or of the rules and regulations and/or Ground Regulations referred to in clause 1.2 by the holder to cancel and withdraw in its entirety the Season Ticket with no refund being payable to the holder in respect of any unexpired portion of the same. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions by the holder shall constitute serious breach of the said Conditions of Issue and/or rules and regulations and/or Ground Regulations entitling the Club to take such action in respect of the holder:
a. Smoking within the Stadium
b. Persistent standing in seated areas whilst the Match is in progress
c. Sale of or transfer of the Season Ticket or any right arising out of or in connection with it to any person
d. Misrepresentation pursuant to clause 1.16 of these Conditions of Issue
e. Breach of any membership referred to in section 1.18 of these Condition of Issue
f. Any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club in respect of a Season Ticket
1.20 In the event that any Season Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude the holder of that Season Ticket from any membership (as defined in clause 1.18) scheme or other organisation maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify the said holder from applying for any Match ticket or Season Ticket of any nature in the 2014/2015 season and/or in any subsequent season at its discretion. The names and identifying details and/or photographs of any such holder (including but not limited to any material being personal data as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998) may be passed to the police and/or such other appropriate authority as the Club sees fit.
1.21 Nothing in the Season Ticket shall constitute or imply any guarantee of entitlement to reserve the seat or access to the Ground to which it relates in respect of any subsequent season.
1.22 This Season Ticket shall take effect in respect of the 2014/15 season only. The Club reserves the right to withhold a Season Ticket from any person as it sees fit.
1.23 The Club reserves the right to change or amend Match ticket prices at any time.
1.24 The Seasoncard entitles the Season Ticket holder admission to the designated part of the ground on matchdays and the right to sit in the designated seat as shown on the Seasoncard at all home Barclays Premier League fixtures only.
1.25 Entry to all home Cup ties is excluded. There will be a Season Ticket holder presale prior to public sales for any non Barclays Premier League home games, at the discretion of the Club, and in accordance with the requirements of the Police and Licensing Authorities. Season Ticket holders will, wherever possible, be given an exclusive period within which to acquire tickets for their usual seat for such home cup ties, where practicable. Thereafter, The Club will offer any unsold seats for general sale. Details of sale dates will be published on matchdays and on www.saintsfc.co.uk
1.26 For certain non Barclays Premier League home games, in order to comply with competition regulations and in accordance with the provision of our existing safety certificate it may not be possible for the Club to offer all Season Ticket holders the opportunity of purchasing their seat. In this event, the Club will endeavour to offer those Season Ticket holders the nearest available seat (subject to availability).
1.27 The Club may at its own discretion for any non Barclays Premier League home game make all or any seating area inside the stadium unreserved and may offer tickets for sale on that basis. In this event it will not be possible for Season Ticket holders to purchase their own seat.
1.28 In respect of home matches, a number of games may be required to be rescheduled to accommodate live television broadcasts and European matches. No guarantees can be given by the Club that a match will take place at a particular time or a particular date. Your Seasoncard will enable you to attend the re-arranged match. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
1.29 Season ticket holders must produce their Seasoncard in order to gain admission to the ground for all FA Barclays Premier League matches and ticket for all other matches.
1.30 Both male and female applicants for Season Tickets who reach 65yrs on or before 01/08/2014 shall have the right to apply for or renew their Season Ticket at the advertised concession rate.
1.31 Any supporter entering the ground on an ineligible concessionary Seasoncard will have the Seasoncard withdrawn and no refund will be given on games remaining. The Club reserve the right in such cases to pursue a criminal prosecution.
1.32 Any Season Ticket holder wishing to upgrade their Seasoncard for a particular fixture may do so at the discretion of the Ticket Office. Fees may apply.
1.33 Seasoncards are issued for your sole use and you shall not resell, assign or (save as set out in clause 1.34.below) transfer or lend the Seasoncard or the benefit of it to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club. The reference to reselling the Seasoncard includes reference to offering to sell a Seasoncard, exposing a Seasoncard for sale, making a Seasoncard available for sale by another and advertising that a Seasoncard is available for purchase. For the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) a Seasoncard may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition nor transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package, given to a third party who agrees to buy another good or service, or used for any other commercial purpose, save as expressly authorised by the Barclays Premier League or the Club.
1.34 You may only resell or transfer the Seasoncard to a guest with the express written consent of the Club given at the Club’s absolute discretion. No such resale or transfer will be permitted except where the same takes place in respect of an individual Match and in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of a ticket to that Match and such transfer does not take place during the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business. Such resale or transfer to any guest is hereby provided subject to the Terms and Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause) apply to that guest as if he/she was the original purchaser of the Seasoncard (and you must inform the guest of this).
1.35 On matchdays, supporters are requested to be within the stadium no later than 30 minutes prior to kick-off. This ensures that in the unlikely event of any problems, they will be dealt with before the game commences.
1.36 The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the stadium where the Season Ticket holder has an outstanding debt to the Club.
1.37 The Club reserves the right to relocate the holder or nominee/Seasoncard to any other seat in the stadium at any time.
1.38 Evidence of level of disability must be provided at the Ticket Office annually, failure to present this will result in the Season Ticket becoming inactive. A full list of the documents accepted can be found at www.saintsfc.co.uk
Family Stand Season Ticket (additional Terms)
1.39 Supporters under the age of 11yrs at 1st August 2014 are entitled to 1 free Season Ticket in the Family Stand when purchased with 2 Full paying Adult Season Tickets in the Family Stand.
1.40 In order for an Under 11 Season Ticket to be issued, it MUST be purchased at the same time as the Adult Season Tickets. No Under 11 Season Tickets will be issued Free of Charge at a later date under any circumstances.
1.41 There must be at least one Junior Season Ticket holder and one Adult Season Ticket holder per group, and a maximum of two Adults to one Juvenile in their group to access the Family Stand.
1.42 In order to maintain the safety and security of young patrons, the Club suggest that Junior Ticket holders are accompanied to matches by a responsible Adult, but nevertheless insist that any person 11 years of age or under must under be accompanied by a responsible Adult at all times.
1.43 For non-Season Ticket home games, the Club cannot guarantee that a Family Stand will be in operation.
Junior & Concession Season Tickets
1.44 Junior and Concession applications must be accompanied by a photocopy of a passport or birth certificate. A Junior Under 11 Season Ticket is defined as a person under 11 years of age as at the 1 August 2014. A Junior Under 17 Season Ticket is defined as a person under 17 years of age as at 1 August 2014. A Young Adult Season Ticket is defined as a person aged over 16 and under 22 years of age as at 1 August 2014. A Senior Season Ticket is defined as a person over 65 years of age as at 1 August 2014.
1.45 The Under 11 price is only valid with a full paying Adult. Only 1 Under 11 Season Ticket will be issued per full paying Adult. Under 11 Season Tickets are not offered on an individual basis, and are only available in conjunction with an Adult Season Ticket.
1.46 In accordance with the Ground Regulations, a child under the age of 2 years old will not be allowed admittance to the stadium. A child under 4 years old (3 years and under) will be allowed admittance if that child is aged at least 2 years old and can sit unaided in a seat safely without assistance in the opinion of the senior safety steward, having cleared this with the matchday Safety Officer.
Retail Season Ticket Holder Discount
1.47 Season Ticket Holder retail discount is available at the Saints Megastore and West Quay stores only, and is not currently available online or via mail order.
1.48 2014/15 Season Ticket Cards must be presented by the holder at the point of purchase to claim discount, and no retrospective discount will be applied.
1.49 Discount is non-transferrable and applies to purchases made by the Season Ticket Holder only.
1.50 Discount does not apply to sale goods, gift vouchers and certain other products as decided by the club, or in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
1.51 We reserve the right to refuse discount if it is deemed there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Match Tickets
2.1 The issue of a Match Ticket and subsequent access to the Ground is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry (which can be found on – or accessed via – the Club’s website at www.saintsfc.co.uk or can be provided upon written request to the Club).
2.2 Home Match Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only. By applying for the Home Match Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club and/or that you are not a supporter of the Visiting Club.
2.3 Away Match Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Visiting Club and neutrals only. By applying for an Away Match Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Visiting Club and/or that you are not a supporter of the Club.
2.4 Tickets purchased from Southampton Football Club are solely for the use of Southampton fans. If tickets are purchased from us by a supporter of the visiting team, they will not be exchanged for the visitors’ section under any circumstances, and a refund granted only if the refund criteria set out in Section 3 are met.
2.5 Concessionary Tickets are only for the use of the supporter meeting the age criteria upon entry into the Stadium. The concessions available are for Supporters aged 65 and over, aged between 17 and 21, aged Under 17 and aged Under 11. The Under 11 price is only valid with a full paying Adult.
2.6 Any tickets purchased on the day of the match will be subject to a £2 Matchday premium.
2.7 The following fees are applicable to tickets purchased. All tickets purchased online will be subject to a £1 booking fee per ticket. All tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket.
Admission to the Ground
2.8 By purchasing and/or accepting and/or holding a Match Ticket and/or using a Match Ticket to gain access to the Ground, you: (a) certify that you have read, understood and accepted; (b) agree to be bound by and to comply with; and (c) agree to bring to the attention of others, as required below, the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2.9 A Match Ticket permits you to occupy at the Match the seat indicated on the Match Ticket or such other alternative seat of equivalent value as the Club may allocate to you at its reasonable discretion.
2.10 Nothing in these Conditions of Issue shall constitute or imply any entitlement to occupy the seat indicated on the Match Ticket in any subsequent Match or Season.
2.11 Save as set out in the Ground Regulations, you shall not bring into (or use within) the Ground any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to the Match or any aspect of it. Any person acting in breach of this provision may have such equipment confiscated and/or will be required to deliver up any tapes, films, disks or other recordings or data to the PL and/or the Club and the copyright in any such recording or transmission is hereby assigned (by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988) to the PL.
2.12 Mobile telephones are permitted within the Ground, provided that they are used for personal and private use only.
2.13 Save for official Club merchandise and/or other football related clothing worn in good faith, you shall not bring into, use or display within the Ground any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.
2.14 The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2.15 Supporters with an Enabler Season Ticket cannot enter the Stadium without the Disabled Supporter their Season Ticket is paired with. If the Disabled Supporter is not attending, the Enabler can pay an upgrade fee at the Ticket Office in order to gain access to the Ground.
Use of a Match Ticket
2.16 Subject to clause 2.17, below, the Match Ticket is issued for your sole use and you shall not sell, assign or transfer the Match Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club. The reference to selling the Match Ticket includes offering to sell a Match Ticket (including, without limitation, via any online auction website), exposing a Match Ticket for sale, making a Match Ticket available for sale by another and advertising that a Match Ticket is available for purchase. For the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) the Match Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition; transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package; given to a third party who agrees to buy some other goods or services; or used for any other commercial purpose (all save as expressly authorised by the PL or the Club).
2.17 The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Match Ticket may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. The Club will inform the police when it becomes aware that a Match Ticket has been sold illegally and will press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If you are convicted of a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed such an offence, we will notify the PL who may in turn notify other Premier League clubs and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that we share may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.
2.18 If more than one Match Ticket is issued to you, one Match Ticket must be retained by you, for personal use (subject to the provisions below) and the remainder may be transferred to your Guest(s) for his/her/their personal use only PROVIDED THAT such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Match Ticket, and such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business. Such transfer to any Guest will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause or any rights to a refund under section 3) apply to and bind each Guest as if he/she was the original purchaser of the Match Ticket (and you must inform the Guest(s) of this). You will provide the name and address of your Guest(s) when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club and/or any Police officer. In the event that you and/or your Guest(s) are unable to use any Match Ticket then you may transfer that Match Ticket(s) to a natural person who is known to you personally and who would be entitled (under the Terms & Conditions of Entry and otherwise) to purchase such Match Ticket and attend such Match PROVIDED THAT such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Match Ticket, and such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business. Such transfer will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause or any rights to a refund under section 3) apply to and bind the transferee as if he were the original purchaser of the Match Ticket (and you must inform the transferee of this). You will provide the name and address of the transferee when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club and/or any police officer.
2.19 The Match Ticket will remain the property of the Club at all times and must be produced together with evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Match Ticket at any time.
2.20 Any Match Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Match Ticket shall be nullified. Any person seeking to use a Match Ticket in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Entry in order to gain entry to the Ground or remain at a Match may be considered to be a trespasser and may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of a particular Match and/or may have his/her Match Ticket cancelled or withdrawn. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause, no refund shall be payable. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal or disciplinary action against any person(s) as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of any profits made from an unauthorised use of a Match Ticket.
2.21 The Club reserves the right to refuse to sell a Match Ticket to any persons it considers unsuitable, under the conditions herein.
Lost or Stolen Match Tickets
2.22 In order to gain admission to the Ground, the Match Ticket must be presented in its entirety at the Match.
2.23 The Club shall not be obliged to issue any replacement for a lost, stolen or destroyed Match Ticket.
Cancellation & Withdrawal of Match Ticket
2.24 Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw any Match Ticket issued to you. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above, the following actions shall constitute serious breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry:
2.24.1 smoking in designated non-smoking areas;
2.24.2 being (or appearing to be) drunk or intoxicated;
2.24.3 persistent standing in seated areas whilst the Match is in progress;
2.24.4 the sale or transfer (save as permitted) of a Match Ticket to any person;
2.24.5 the deliberate misuse of a Match Ticket;
2.24.6 the possession of a banner or flag that bears material or slogans that are offensive, obscene, abusive or racist;
2.24.7 the throwing of any object within the Ground that may cause injury or damage to people or property without lawful authority or excuse;
2.24.8 the use of foul, obscene, abusive and/or racist language and/or gestures;
2.24.9 the chanting of anything of an indecent or racist nature;
2.24.10 fighting, or engaging in and/or inciting violence;
2.24.11 bringing any of the following into the Ground (or using them within the Ground): illegal drugs; other illegal substances; fireworks; firecrackers; smoke canisters; air horns; flares; laser devices; bottles; glass vessels or any item that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety;
2.24.12 entering the playing area or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse;
2.24.13 the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application;
2.24.14 any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or any third party) in respect of any Match Ticket.
2.24.15 abusive or threatening behaviour towards any member of Club staff, at any time.
2.25 If a Match Ticket holder is not 16 years old or over, his/her parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are responsible for his/her actions, conduct and compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2.26 In the event that your Match Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any Match ticket or season ticket at its discretion and to notify FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, PL, The Football League and/or other Football Clubs of such exclusion and/or disqualification (and the reason(s) for such exclusion and/or disqualification).
Filming, photography and taping
2.27 By entering the Ground, all persons acknowledge that photographic images and/or video recordings and/or stills taken from those video recordings may be taken of them and may also be used in televised coverage of the game or by the Club and/or any Football Authority in perpetuity, by way of any present or future media, for any purpose deemed reasonable by the Club, including, without limitation, for marketing or promotional purposes. Entry into the Ground is confirmation that all persons have consented to such use of their image unless the Club is notified in writing to the contrary. If any images should feature an individual prominently the Club will make reasonable efforts to gain the consent of that person before publishing such image. However, if this is not possible, then entry into the Ground shall be deemed consent unless the Club is notified in writing to the contrary.
2.28 Further to Condition 17, if such person is under 18 years of age, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult who is accompanying them into the Ground shall be deemed to have provided consent on their behalf.
Exclusion of Liability
2.29 The Club hereby excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Ground except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Club.
2.30 Neither the PL nor the Club shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the Match caused by virtue of (i) the position of the seat and/or (ii) the actions of other spectators.
3. Changes to Dates, Refunds & Exchanges
3.1 No guarantees can be given by the Club that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. Subject to the undernoted terms, the Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.
3.2 A refund will only be issued if the Club receives a refund application, in writing, more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Match.
3.3 A refund will only be issued on production of identification that the individual requesting the refund is the person to whom the Match Ticket was originally sold. For the avoidance of doubt, the final decision belongs to the Club.
3.4 Refunds on match tickets are subject to a £2 cancellation fee per ticket, save for any abandonment.
3.5 Refunds cannot be made on tickets for games which have been declared a ‘sell out’.
3.6 In the event of a postponement or abandonment of the Match (or if the Match has, for any reason, to be played out of view of the public), you will be entitled upon application, to receive a full refund or receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent rearranged Match via such application procedure as the Club stipulates. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or inconsequential damage, loss of equipment or travel costs.
3.7 If the match is abandoned after spectators have been admitted to the ground but before kick off the holder of the Match Ticket will be entitled, upon application in such form as the Club stipulates, to entry free of charge to the rearranged Match. If the Match is abandoned after kick off the holder of the Match ticket will be entitled to purchase upon application in such form as the Club stipulates, a ticket at half price for the rearranged Match. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs.
3.8 Under NO circumstances will refunds be given after the Match.
3.9 Booking fees charged at the time of purchase will NOT be refunded.
3.10 All applications for and correspondence in relation to refunds must be addressed to the Southampton FC Ticket Office, and must be accompanied by the relevant unused ticket. No refunds will be issued unless the Ticket(s) in question is/are returned to the Club
3.11 Fixture dates are subject to change. The Club will accept no responsibility for additional charges incurred, e.g. travel costs.
3.12 Refunds will be made to the payment card account with which the tickets were purchased. Where tickets were paid by other means, refunds will be paid via a bank transfer. No cash refunds will be made.
3.13 Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the refund application and relevant unused Ticket.
3.14 The above terms also apply to Tickets purchased online.
3.15 Season Ticket refunds will only be granted in extenuating circumstances, to be decided by the Club.
3.16 Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Club.
3.17 Refunds for Season Tickets will be calculated on a pro rata basis and will incur a £20 cancellation fee.
3.18 No refund can be made in respect of matches not attended.
3.19 Season Ticket holders who have elected to purchase their Season Ticket by the Direct Debit scheme should note that failure to complete all payments will result in cancellation of the Season Ticket. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded, less the £45 administration fee paid and less a £20 cancellation fee.

3.21 Where a match is postponed or abandoned before kick-off, a Season Ticket holder unable to attend the rearranged playing of the Match shall be entitled to a refund of the proportion of the Season Ticket fee and booking fee (if any) that corresponds to that match.
3.22 Where a match is postponed or abandoned after kick-off, a Season Ticket holder unable to attend the rearranged playing of the match shall be entitled to a refund of (a) 60% of the proportion of the Season Ticket fee and booking fee (if any) that corresponds to that match if the match is postponed or abandoned before the commencement of the second half; or (b) 40% of the of the proportion of the Season Ticket fee and booking fee (if any) that corresponds to that match if the match is postponed or abandoned between the commencement of the second half and the completion of the match.
3.23 The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs.
3.24 No refunds will be given in respect of games switched to accommodate live television coverage.
3.25 Refunds will be made to the payment card account with which the tickets were purchased. Where tickets were paid by other means, refunds will be paid via a bank transfer. No cash refunds will be made.
3.26 Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the refund application and relevant unused ticket.
4. Barclays Premier League Away Games
4.1 No guarantee of allocation can be given in respect of matches played between other Clubs.
4.2 Dependant on the terms of the allocation received, The Club reserves the right to not offer refunds on away tickets if The Club’s allocation is offered on a no-return basis.
4.3 If a match is rescheduled, refunds can only be processed if written notice of the cancellation is received within 5 days of the rescheduled fixture date being published. In the event that tickets have already been issued, they must also be returned within 5 days of the rescheduled date being published. Details of rescheduled matches will be published on the Club website at www.saintsfc.co.uk
and on the matchday broadcasts.
4.4 Please note that the Club will not be responsible for tickets lost in the post and under no circumstances will replacement tickets be issued or refunds given.

4.6 In order for supporters to receive Loyalty points for attending away games, the Customer Number of each attending supporter must be given at the point of sale. Loyalty points will not be applied retrospectively under any circumstances.
5. Cup Semi Finals, Final and Matches Played at Other Stadiums
5.1 In the event that progression is made to the Semi Final or Final round of a competition, priority will be given in the first instance based on attendance at previous games in that season.
5.2 Please note that the Club will not be responsible for tickets lost in the post and under no circumstances will replacement tickets be issued. Arrangements may be made such that you can elect to have your tickets for these matches delivered by registered post. A £5 charge will be added for such requests. Specific details will be announced once ticket sales arrangements have been determined.
5.3 Fixture dates are subject to change and not in the control of the Club. For this reason the Club will accept no responsibility for additional charges incurred, e.g. travel costs.
5.4 The Club reserve the right to amend these rules, details of which would be published on our website at www.saintsfc.co.uk
in Club publications and at the Ticket Office.
6. Online (Web) Tickets Sales (Additional terms and conditions)
6.1 When you submit your order, you are offering to buy tickets at the price stated in accordance with the terms and conditions which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. It is therefore important that you read and accept the terms and conditions before submitting the order.
6.2 Once you have completed your order, you will be asked to confirm that it is correct. If it is not, you can amend or cancel the order before submitting it. It is your responsibility to ensure it is correct before submission. You should note that payment will be taken when you click the ‘confirm’ button. This does not indicate our acceptance of your offer, and will be refunded in the unlikely event that we refuse the offer.
6.3 We will send a confirmation email on receipt of your order. This is not an acceptance of your offer, but an acknowledgement that we have received the order, and that our Ticket Office is processing it. The contract between us will not be formed until we dispatch the tickets to the address as stated in your order.
6.4 Whilst we try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our website is correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or nature of the ticket you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will of course provide you with a full refund.
7.1 The invalidity or partial invalidity of any provision of these Conditions of Issue shall not prejudice or affect the remainder of these Conditions of Issue, which shall continue in full force and effect.
7.2 The Club’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by these Conditions of Issue or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy.
7.3 The Terms and Conditions of Entry constitute the entire agreement between the Club and the Season Ticket or Match Ticket holder and neither the Club nor the Ticket holder shall have any claim or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, warranty or undertaking made by or on behalf of any other party in relation to the Terms and Conditions of Entry which is not set out therein.
7.4 Notwithstanding any other provision in these Conditions of Issue and with the exception of FIFA, UEFA, The FA, PL and the Football League, no other person other than you or the Club has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely on or enforce any term of these Conditions of Issue. Nothing in these terms of conditions shall affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available other than as a result of the aforementioned Act.
7.5 These Conditions of Issue and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Conditions of Issue (including in relation to any non-contractual disputes or claims).
